Below is a little history about our company, changes that we've seen and the growth that we continue to experience.

In 1989, Barnett Bend Developers (later to become Fannin Road Homes) began construction of Barnett Bend. What started as a modest group of homes, grew to its current size of over 675 dwellings built in 14 different phases.

Though the years, Barnett Bend has generated numerous jobs and consistent workflow for many subcontractors in the surrounding area. A conservative estimate of the cumulative economic impact, which all of the various phases of Barnett Bend have, exceeds $60 millions dollars!

As the last home is completed in Barnett Bend, we embark on a new project--Oak Park in Flowood, MS. Oak Park will consist of 100+ homesites, built in three phases. Their vision for this latest undertaking will not only create new homes for many families in the area, but once again generate more economic growth for the area and jobs for many tradesmen.
